Facial plastic surgery practice in Vitacura, Santiago, led by a named surgeon who is also given as medical director. The surgeon is returned by the CONACEM specialist search under Cirugía Plástica y Reparadora, Región Metropolitana, and the operating company and its RUT, published on the payment page, are matched in the SII taxpayer register. Two different Superintendencia de Salud provider-register numbers are printed on different pages of the site and the state register could not be queried to resolve them.
